CHRISTMAS PUSH (PRAY UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS) CHRISTMAS EVE

CHRISTMAS PUSH (PRAY UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS)

DECEMBER 24TH  - 26TH 2010

DAY ONE :DECEMBER 24TH – CHRISTMAS EVE:

Christmas eve is a day preceding Christmas, Is a day of preparations, is a day of great expectation – preparation for Christmas includes house cleaning and decorations, church services and visit to charity homes to spread the joy of Christmas and plenty to drink and eat. The children are home on holidays and it is another time of family reunion. It is also a very sensitive time for prayers. So let’s pray until something good happens to us,

 BIBLE READING LUKE 1:26-35

26 And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,
27 To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary.
28 And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.
29 And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.
30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.
31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.
32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:
33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.
34 Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?
35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.
36 And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren.
37 For with God nothing shall be impossible.

PRAYER ARROWS
1.    Christmas Eve is the day or night before Christmas. Let us give all the glory and thanks to God for the privilege to see another Christmas Eve. He deserves all the glory. He is faithful to all generations.
2.    Psalm 30:5 says For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.    Father, no matter my situation, no matter the circumstances confronting me. My Joy is Jesus and my joy cometh in the morning New every morning is His love to me in the mighty name of Jesus.
3.    Hebrews 1:14 says about angels “Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?  I am born again; I am joint heir with Jesus. Father, command the ministering angels to attend to all my needs today, Spiritual, physical and material needs in the mighty name of Jesus.
4.    Father like you send angel Gabriel to Mary to bring her the good news, send my helpers of destiny to me this season, bringing me the prepared good news which will positively affect my destiny forever, in Jesus’ name.
5.    There are many virgins in Israel, but Mary was singled out and was highly favoured. Father single me out this season and favour me, to be outstanding among my peers in the mighty name of Jesus.
6.    Father, the angel located Mary in her city Nazareth and state Galilee Father, You not only know my name, city and state of abode. This season let me receive divine visitations that will grant me the expected turn around in Jesus’ name.
7.    On her day of divine visitation, Mary was divinely sensitive enough to recognise the divine messenger. Father, let me be spiritually alert and sensitive on the day of my divine visitation. Let the opportunity not pass me by in Jesus name.
8.    That single encounter brings to pass the age long promises of a virgin conceiving a child and the birth of the seed of the woman. Father, every promise you have promised for the year 2010, let them come to pass this season. I refuse and reject carryover of the blessings of this year to the next in the mighty name of Jesus
9.    Mary conceived in her womb and brought forth. Father, every idea and initiative that you have planted in me for a time like this, grant me your grace to deliver safely, to bring forth without stress this season the might name of Jesus.
10.                       When Mary delivered Jesus, He reigns forever and His kingdom has no end. Father deliver through your church ideas and solutions that will reign from generation to generations and will usher in your return in the mighty name of Jesus.
11.                       Father, this season empower your church with the power of the Holy Ghost. Overshadow us with the power of the highest kind, so that every blood sucking, accident causing demons from the pit of hell shall roast in Jesus’ name. Our roads, rails, seas and air shall be accident free this season in the name of Jesus.
12.                       Father, with you nothing shall be impossible. This season I thank you because you will make every impossibility possible and you will prove to the world that you are higher that their highest and mightier than their mightiest as you are the ALMIGHTY in the mighty name of Jesus. AMEN.
